I have multiple lockers at this location, about 2yrs ago when I first opened an account here I felt a little off, I'm a.vendor at multiple flea markets and most of my lockers are around the lumberton/mount laurel areas. I wasn't Familiar with the area or the people, however it wasn't long before these guys made us feel comfortable, the lady Ann that works here has become more a friend than just an employee and Carol whom is the property manager always has a smile and is welcoming. This place turns out to be a real gem tucked away with storage prices that won't go up every other month and Rob you blind. They are great people with some of the best prices

They don't have dumpsters on site and insisted our unit be cleaned completely. Since we now live in another state, we hired a junk company to clean it out. They stated we didn't need anyone on site and they would bill by phone. The Access people didn't like this and insisted someone be on site. We sent a close friend with the code and the key to let the junk people in. The Junk people stated he could leave and they would handle the rest. Access people insisted he stayed until they were done. We are so grateful to be done with this place.

Decent place to store your belongings if you are a military service member at jbmdl. The reason I am giving two stars is because I was issued a refund receipt for not using the storage unit for the full month but was NOT refunded. The manager Carol refused to give me my refund even with a refund receipt because I didn't have 15 days left on my balance. In my opinion if there is confusion in the back office about policies, that is not the customers problem. A refund receipt was issued and signed so that should be honored.

The original insurance (bader) DROPPED them in 2017...I wonder why? It says they are a "family" company but yet could careless about family. Find a different place that will actually take care of your stuff and maintain their buildings so what happend to me doesn't happen to someone else. Especially wheb my mothers unit from 2015 to present is destroyed with water damage and they are refusing a claim bc her insurance was canceled, yet they require insurance. But failed to mention switching companies in 2017. Which was ironically wheb her "insurance canceled". If they started with a new insurance company WHY WASNT A NEW PROPERTY INSURANCE FORM FILLED OUT?!?!? Why if they take notes on every phone call was the insurance "lapsing" in 2017 not mentioned anywhere on there?!?! Of course the insurance is going to lapse THEY WERE DROPPED from the bader company and had to find another insurance company, but yet didn't inform their renters!!!!! This place is not worth it!
