Access Free Pick up and Delivery

This is a program to help our customers have a better storage experience. A 3^rd party company will be picking up and delivering the following items from the customers home and storage unit.

Acceptable pickup and delivery are:

• Up to 10 medium boxes 30lbs or less
• Up to 5 large and extra-large boxes 30 lbs. or less
• Small furniture under 30 lbs. Examples below:
  • Coffee Table
  • Nightstand
  • Empty File Cabinets, 2 drawers
  • Small desk
  • Chairs
• Electronics under 30lbs
  • Tv’s
  • CPU
  • Lamps
  • Radio
  • Speakers
• Bicycles
• Toys

Pick up and deliver times are; Tues-Thurs 4pm to 7pm. Sat. 9am to 2pm

1 Pickup or 1 deliver, per week per customer

Free within 3 miles, $2 per mile over 3 miles, maximum 7 miles.

How it works…

A customer must rent a unit with a CCTV camera inside the unit. Customer will give you a list of the items to be picked up. You must send a text to 973-490-4796 with the following information:

1. Customer name, address, phone number and unit number
2. Itemized list of the items being picked up or delivered including box numbers.
3. Customer needs to be instructed to number all boxes. Please take down the box numbers.
4. Time for pick up or drop off.
5. Text the above information at 973-490-4796

Requirements

1. Customer must be home to sign off for pick up or delivery and show ID.
2. Customer must have a Key Hold Harmless agreement form sign at the store.
3. We must have a key for the unit.
4. Items will only be picked up or delivered to the front of your home.
