We Accept Deliveries
We place packages in a holding room, or, with your authorization, we deliver them to your storage room.
Long Access Hours
Offices are open for long hours throughout the day. The hours you can access your storage unit are even longer – typically 6am to 10pm. Many units are accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Extra Large Units
Some are much larger than is typical for self storage.
Keep your truck safely behind locked, alarmed gates at night. Park your car here during the day.
You can rent or buy heavy duty shelving from us. Shelves adjust every two inches. Our staff will set them up for you.
No long-term commitment like the ones found in standard commercial leases.
No Extra Charges
Unlike warehouse and office leases, our self storage rent is all inclusive. You pay only for the space you use. There is no extra charge for common area maintenance, such as snow plowing, repairs and alarm monitoring, or property tax, utilities, and insurance. And no extra charge for a share of common areas, like lobbies, halls, and elevators.
Add Space When You Need It
You can add more storage units when business is booming and vacate when times are slow. Get a single invoice and choose the billing date that works best for you.
Same Rate for 12 Months – No Surprises
Many self storage companies will raise your rental rate only a few months after you move in. We guarantee you will pay the same rate for a full 12 months.

Available all day when the office is open. Our helpful staff may be the biggest benefit of all.

Each of our storage locations is close to a major highway and many are close to several highways.
Large trucks get in and out of most of our storage locations easily.
Drive-Up and Climate Control
Drive-up rooms are the most convenient for unloading things from your truck directly into your storage unit. Climate control helps protect more sensitive items and makes it more comfortable when you are working here.
You can rent one of our moving trucks inexpensively. Call ahead for availability.

When self storage is not big enough and a warehouse is too big, flex warehouse may be just what you need. It’s perfect for small companies with a few employees who need a small office, a place to park a truck or two, and some warehouse space with high ceilings to store materials, keep inventory and more.
